The purpose of this meditation is to break the momentum of excess stress and tensions held in the mind so the body and heart can re-set and relax.

Meditation is Easy…

You don’t have to struggle, simply lie down, get comfortable and listen to my voice.

There’s nothing to control, your body’s biological process intuitively knows how to rest naturally.

Your central nervous system will self balance itself and help you relax your aches and pains in your whole body and your mind.

Here’s a bonus! This 30 minute meditation is equal to about 3 hours of sleep allowing you to catch up, renew and restore yourself on much needed rest!

1 hour of relaxation and peaceful healing.

Allow up to an hour for our time.

Join other participants every Tuesday for this donation-based meditation guided by Russ Mobley. The session starts at 9:00pm EST and lasts approximately 50 minutes; however, you may wish to set aside a full hour to give yourself some time to prepare and relax afterwards. You will receive a confirmation email when you sign up with more information letting you know how to participate.
